Careers at Expert Heating Solutions

Expert Heating Solutions is an MCS-approved and Gas Safe registered installer working across South East London, Bromley and Kent. We design, install and maintain air source heat pumps, gas boilers and air conditioning for homeowners, landlords and commercial clients – from single-property retrofits in Orpington and Chislehurst to multi-unit projects like the 70-apartment boiler scheme we delivered in Maidstone.

Renewable heating is where our work is growing fastest. Government grants of up to £7,500 through the Boiler Upgrade Scheme have moved heat pumps from a niche product to a mainstream one, and we need qualified engineers who want to be on the right side of that shift – with the training, certification and manufacturer support to do it properly.

If you take pride in a tidy install, explain your work clearly to the customer, and would rather do a job once and do it right, we’d like to hear from you.

Why engineers stay with us

Real renewable experience, not a promise of it

You’ll be commissioning Vaillant, Daikin and Midea systems on live projects, not waiting for the company to “get into heat pumps one day.”

You’re not the last line of quality control

Every job is properly surveyed and designed before you arrive, with a fixed-price proposal already agreed with the client. You get accurate drawings and the right kit on site.

Funded certification

We’ll support you through the qualifications you’re missing – heat pump and MCS-related training, F-Gas, ACS renewals. Your tickets stay current at our cost.

Sensible patch, sensible hours

Our work sits inside Kent and SE London: Sevenoaks, Otford, Knockholt, Swanley, Dartford, Orpington, Petts Wood, Bromley, Biggin Hill, Chislehurst, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Paddock Wood and Maidstone. No four-hour commutes to the far side of the M25.

Long-term work

We back our installations with a 10-year performance guarantee and annual servicing, which means a steady pipeline rather than feast-and-famine.
